SWANZ OFFICIAL SITE RETURN POLICY

Applicable for official website purchases only.

Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days of your original purchase.

Returns and refunds are only applicable for unused product.

Swanz will cover shipping fees for the return of a product presenting quality issue.

Shipping fees of $7 will be deducted from the total refunded amount for items not presenting quality issues.
RETURN PROCEDURE:
For items not presenting any quality issues (Only applicable to unused product):

Fill up this Returns and Exchange Form.

Successful applicant will be notified via email within 2-3 working days

Successful applicant will be will be directed to return the product via Singpost to this address: Scube Gift Pte Ltd 194 Pandan Loop #04-17 Singapore 128383. Shipping cost will be beared by customer. Alternatively, we are able to arrange our courier to pick up. Picking up cost will be additional S$7, deductible from the refund.

Refund will be given once the product received in good condition.

An email of refund verification would be sent out.
