*If customer is not able to physically drop by the warehouse to do the return/exchange, and there is a need for us to arrange courier to do the pick up and to send back the item, there will be a courier charge of $18.

Refund will be given once the product received in good condition and in its original packaging box. If the original packaging box is not returned or the packaging box is spoiled, Swanz will deduct 5% from the refund.

1 to 1 exchange are accepted within 180 days of your original purchase strictly for several quality issues mentioned below:Swanz has the right to reject return or refund where applications are not meeting the terms and condition stated above.
